If you receive this message (The IP address (xx.xxx.xxx.xx) does not exist in our records.), the xx (ie. 33.223.34.222) is the IP address that is being used by your computer to access the internet. It may be helpful to provide this IP address to the individual(s) who oversee the administration of these resources at your location.
It may be necessary to include the full path to the link for IP address authentication. The full path is: http://www.countrywatch.com/ip/default.aspx
Ensure internet browser cookie settings are set correctly and cookies from the CountryWatch.com domain are not being blocked.

- Proxy servers (such as Ez-Proxy) and IP addresses.
- New IP addresses that were added to your network.
- Any firewall or proxy server restriction or rule that affects how you access the internet.
If you go through a proxy server to access the Internet and there are settings for domains and cookies, make sure that countrywatch.com and all it's sub-domains are included (search.countrywatch.com and forecast.countrywatch.com).
